Refund policy
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Fulfilled orders cannot be canceled. Orders are deemed fulfilled once a carrier shipping label with a tracking number has been generated.
Unused items may be returned within 14 days from delivery date for a refund. There are no refunds on items damaged while in transit with a carrier. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier. All international sales are final.
A return request must be initiated so that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be issued. An RMA may be obtained by sending a return request via email to returns@versacart.us. Returns without an RMA will be rejected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. Used items or items returned with missing parts are not eligible for refunds.
The buyer is responsible for securely packaging returns. If the original packaging has been discarded or is too damaged for reuse, an appropriate alternative packaging may be used, provided its dimensions are similar to the original, specifically, approximately 45" x 7.5" x 7.5". Carrier surcharges resulting from inappropriate oversized packaging will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
Returned items damaged in transit due to unsecured packaging are not eligible for refunds.
Unless the product received has a manufacturing defect, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost which will be deducted from the eligible refund amount. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to approved returns.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

PRODUCT DEFECT
If the product received has a manufacturing defect, please save all packing materials and take appropriate photos of the product defect for visual proof of the condition. Contact us immediately at info@versacart.us for further instructions.
