Shipping policy

We do our best to ship your orders promptly. Orders received on or before 2:00 pm EST on weekdays are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST, on weekends or on holidays are shipped the following business day.

We ship merchandise only to locations in the contiguous United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and select countries. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  We are not liable for any products damaged or lost while in transit with the shipping carrier. If your order is damaged or lost, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

All international sales are final.

Customs and import duties, including carrier brokerage and other customs clearance fees, may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
